Breathe
Deep breathing lowers stress in the body, reduces anxiety, helps with burnout, feeling more centred, calmer and more alert, and can improve posture, as well as boost energy. Mindful breathing is an anchor to the present, letting go of past and future worries.
Visualise
Creative visualisation uses mental imagery and affirmation to create rapid and lasting change. It sparks inspiration, improves relaxation, increases confidence, removes stress, opens the mind, brings meaning, boosts motivation and optimises performance.
Re-energise
Guided deep relaxation prevents stress, boosts mood and creativity, helps jump-start productivity and even helps lower your risk for heart disease. Like a power nap, this improves cognitive performance, learning and memory, strengthens logical reasoning, and
Realign
Meditation is not the absence of thought, but the act of focusing, realigning.
Meditating at work can reduce stress and frustration, while also boosting focus, compassion, energy and productivity. Meditation can curb emotional reactions, lead to better collaboration, reduce prejudice and counteract stress and burnout.
Relax
Relaxation can improve work performance, personal relationships and health. Just 5 minutes of deep breathing, reflection and tension-release can work to decrease stress levels and increase overall productivity. Less tense employees are less absent and have more energy. Relaxation at work improves the working atmosphere.
Meditate

The future of work is employee wellbeing
COVID-19 has changed the way businesses operate. The pandemic has had a transformational impact on employees. There is an urgent need for organisations to venture beyond traditional norms and explore creative solutions to support the workforce effectively. This includes developing and adopting a framework that is grounded in compassion, holistic wellness, meaningful interactions and flexibility.
When a company does well, it might well be that the employees in that company will feel good, but when employees in a company feel good it is certain that that company will do well.
Why not open new doors and discover endless opportunities?
How does it work?
With just a few moments during the day, your team (and you) can regain balance, re-energise and re-set how a packed day at work or in the home office affects you. Research shows that taking a 15- to 20-minute break helps concentration and energy levels throughout the entire work day, promoting greater efficiency and creativity.

With the weekly group session, ideally, you’re team will be around 8-10 people, all participating in whatever space they feel comfortable in - as a group in the office or individually at home - wherever they have peace and enough privacy to be able to relax.

Notifications and phones are turned off and a space in the calendar is blocked off.
Sessions take place online, via a meeting platform. Each week will offer a different type of exercise, focusing on various themes such as stress, burnout, anxiety, or confidence, to name a few.
